A K-1 Visa, commonly referred to as a Fiance Visa, is a 90-day visa that allows a foreign Fiancee of a US Citizen a single entry into the United States for the purpose of getting married. The process is extremely detailed and not very forgiving from a legal perspective, but it is almost always the fastest way to bring a fiance here with the intent to marry and immigrate to the USA.
There is great deal of time that goes into making it all happen, so we try to make it as easy as possible for our clients. EasyFianceVisa.com is committed to our "Three Stage - Three Phase Approach".
Stage 1 - USCIS K-1 Petition
Proof - Before a K-1 (and K-2) can be filed with Immigration (USCIS), we must prove the following:
- You are a U.S. citizen;
- You have met your fiancee within the past 2 years;
- You and your fiancee are legally free to marry and intend to marry within 90 days of your fiancee's arrival;
- You meet minimum financial requirements
We'll immediately help you identify the exact forms of proof we need to file the petition (photos together, divorce papers, phone bills, tickets, etc..) making it as quick and easy as possible. Once done, we're ready to do the Paperwork.
Paperwork - With our Basic Package, we will prepare all the USCIS forms (G-325a and I-129f) you will need for K-1 Petition.
With the Standard Service, we will take care of completing and assembling the entire package, including all paperwork and personal documentation required to file the K-1 Petition with USCIS into our proven presentation package. We will send it overnight to the geographically appropriate USCIS service center and monitor its progress for you. Because we prepare the package, we can ensure success with our Money Back Guarantee.
With our Platinum Service, you're fiance will also enjoy native language support and coaching throughout the entire process. If your loved one is nervous about the process and would prefer speaking in their own language, our most comprehensive service is worth considering. Like our Standard Service, we ensure success with our Money Back Guarantee.
Patience - Now begins the wait. There is very little that can be done to speed up the process. The first wait takes about 2-4 months depending the USCIS office. If you did it on your own and were to receive a Request for Evidence (RFE) or multiple RFEs, the time could be drastically longer or going through the next phase may never happen. Assuming you go with our services and your petition is approved, it will be sent along for the next phase of the process.
Stage 2 - US Embassy Interview / Visa Issuance
Once the Petition is approved by the USCIS and the NVC, the next step involves filing the visa application at the US Embassy. We want to get you the quickest interview date as possible, so everything must be perfect. Fortunately, you can relax if you are using our services. We will be with you all the way until your fiance has their K-1 Visa.
Proof - We'll immediately help you identify the exact types of evidence to ensure success. This is likely to include a medical exam for your fiance, financial affidavits, current proof of your relationship, many government forms, and more depending on the embassy.
Paperwork - We will prepare all the forms, supplements, financial data, affidavits, and other paperwork required to satisfy the US Embassy to give your fiancee their Visa. We help with all necessary telephone, mail, and fax contact with the U.S. Embassy. We will get the earliest appointment and make sure you are both prepared for the big day.
Patience - Now we wait again. If you look at our wait times page, you'll get a general idea of recent embassy wait times. This part is usually quite a bit quicker than USCIS, so don't worry it won't be long. On the day of the interview you will finally hear the news that your Visa has been issued. You can finally get married and start your life together in the USA. This is the day you will never forget.
Stage 3 - After Marriage: Adjustment of Status (Green Card)
By this point a congratulations is in order. You've made it together through the K-1 Petition, the Embassy Interview, and your Wedding. Now it is time to become a permanent resident and have all the privileges associated therein. An Employment Permit, a Social Security Card, a Driver's License, and Travel Permit are reasons enough to get this process started immediately after marriage.
After they approve this next stack of paperwork, the only thing that the USCIS wants is to make sure you have a bona-fide marriage before issuing a Green Card. Despite the horror stories you may have heard, this process is also straightforward and easy. When you purchase our Adjust of Status package, we will do all the paperwork and make sure that you are issued your Green Card as quickly as possible.
Proof - We'll immediately help you identify the exact forms of proof we need. During the paperwork process, you have to gather items that are valid proof of your relationship.
Paperwork - We will prepare all the forms, supplements, financial affidavits, and other paperwork to get you your Green Card. We'll also take care of all the paperwork for a work permit and immediate travel permit. The paperwork is extensive during this phase.
Patience - And again we wait, but it's not so bad this time. At least your spouse is here and the USCIS can't penalize him/her due to the slow processing of applications. It can be a few months to years for this process, depending on your circumstances and the USCIS office that has jurisdiction. However, because we applied for the work permit and travel permit, your spouse will almost immediately have de facto resident status. Eventually you will be called for your final interview. With our help and your love, you will be able to conquer this hurdle in starting your life together permanently in the United States of America.
We not only wish you the best in your life together, we are here make it happen!
